Hosted within the historic Arsenale of Venice, a symbol of the Serenissima's maritime power and for centuries the center of Venetian naval innovation, the Venice Boat Show brings together tradition, technology, and maritime culture. These are values that have always been part of our identity.
For us, this collaboration is more than a partnership. It is a way to celebrate the deep connection between Venice and the sea, while honoring a historical and cultural heritage that continues to inspire our work today.
An immersive experience in the heart of the Arsenale
For the Venice Boat Show 2026, we created a dedicated exhibition space within the Arsenale, designed as an immersive journey that tells the story behind the Nereide collection and its connection to Venice's naval heritage.
We did not want to simply present a new watch. We wanted to share the story that inspired it. Through historical imagery, dedicated content, and archival materials, visitors were able to retrace one of the most fascinating chapters in Italian naval engineering, discovering the history of the Nereide submarine and the role the Arsenale played in the development of Venetian shipbuilding.
The exhibition also offered visitors an exclusive first look at the new Nereide Salone Nautico Venezia 2026, unveiled for the very first time in the very place where, more than a century ago, the vessel that inspired our collection was built.
The dedicated exhibition space explored the connection between the Nereide collection and Venice's naval tradition.
The Submarine that inspired Nereide
At the heart of the exhibition was the Nereide submarine, built at the Arsenale of Venice in 1911. As one of the pioneers of the first generation of Italian submarines, Nereide remains a symbol of the ingenuity, vision, and innovative spirit that made Venice one of the great maritime capitals in history.
When we chose the name Nereide for our diver's watch collection, we sought not only to pay tribute to an important chapter of Italian naval history, but also to celebrate a spirit defined by research, technical precision, and continuous innovation. These are the values that continue to guide every one of our projects.
Built at the Arsenale of Venice in 1911, the Nereide submarine is the source of inspiration behind the collection that bears its name.
Nereide Salone Nautico Venezia 2026
To celebrate this collaboration, we created the Nereide Salone Nautico Venezia 2026, a special Limited Edition of 500 individually numbered pieces. The model combines the technical character of the Nereide collection with elements inspired by Venice's nautical tradition. Its ivory enamel dial recalls the elegance and readability of traditional marine instruments, while the gold-tone hands and indexes evoke the luminous beauty that has defined the architecture of the Serenissima for centuries.
Among the watch's most distinctive features is its tungsten countdown regatta bezel, designed to assist sailors during the critical moments before the start of a race and to further strengthen the connection between the timepiece and the world of sailing. The 42 mm case is crafted from 316L stainless steel, offering water resistance up to 200 meters and housing the Miyota 9039 automatic movement, selected for its reliability and precision.
A tribute to Venice's maritime heritage
Each watch features a dedicated caseback created in collaboration with the Venice Boat Show and individually numbered from 001 to 500. More than a limited edition, the Nereide Salone Nautico Venezia 2026 represents the meeting point between past and future, between the history of the Arsenale and the innovation of contemporary nautical culture.
