Arsenale Moissanite - 6121511C
For centuries, Venice stood as one of the world’s foremost crossroads for gemstones, craftsmanship, and decorative arts. Precious stones from distant lands flowed through the Serenissima, nurturing a tradition shaped by fine workmanship, intricate gem-setting, and the pursuit of light as a form of artistic expression. Arsenale Moissanite draws inspiration from this heritage, reinterpreting it through the use of lab-grown baguette-cut moissanites, selected for their contemporary geometry and their seamless integration with the design of the case and bracelet. Set into both the indexes and the bezel, they give life to our first series of jewelry watches, where the refraction of light becomes an integral part of the watch’s architecture.

From Design to Gem Setting
The creation of the bezel stems from an extensive development process aimed at defining proportions, visual continuity, and the integration of baguette-cut moissanites within the metal structure. Every detail was carefully studied to maintain geometric balance, uniformity, and aesthetic coherence across the entire surface.
The study of the setting and the construction of the bezel required several stages of research, prototyping, and refinement, combining technical precision with artisanal sensitivity. An approach designed to enhance the refraction of light as an integral part of the watch’s design.

Gem setting represents one of the most delicate aspects of jewelry craftsmanship: a balance of technical precision, proportion, and control of light. Each stone is individually set within the metal structure to ensure stability, alignment, and visual continuity. In the case of Arsenale Moissanite, the baguette cut introduces a rigorous geometric rhythm that interacts with the watch’s satin-finished surfaces, transforming the bezel and hour markers into a luminous composition seamlessly integrated into the architecture of the timepiece.

Moissanite is a gemstone renowned for its exceptional brilliance and ability to refract light. With a hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs scale, it is one of the most durable gems used in jewelry, second only to diamond. For Arsenale Moissanite, we selected lab-grown baguette-cut stones, an essential and contemporary shape distinguished by clean lines and elongated surfaces. Unlike more traditional cuts, the baguette creates reflections that are more controlled and architectural, perfectly aligned with the technical and geometric language of the Arsenale collection.

The application of the stones requires workmanship carried out with exceptional savoir-faire. Each moissanite is individually positioned and secured to ensure uniformity, alignment, and continuity across the entire surface of the bezel and dial. A process that combines artisanal sensitivity with technical precision, where even the smallest detail contributes to the overall balance of the composition.

The Savoir-Faire of Master Goldsmith Davide Cestonaro
Arsenale Moissanite was born from the collaboration with Davide Cestonaro, a master goldsmith from the Vicenza school with more than forty years of experience in the world of high jewelry and artisanal gem setting. Throughout the development of the project, Davide became a key reference figure, sharing his invaluable expertise in the field of precious stones. Together, we defined the bezel design, selected the baguette-cut moissanites, and studied the ideal proportions and layout to integrate light into the architecture of the watch in a harmonious and elegant way.

A Forge of Light and Innovation
Just as the Venice Arsenal transformed technique and ingenuity into a modern architectural language for its time, Arsenale Moissanite reinterprets the world of jewelry through rigorous geometries and precisely constructed surfaces. The baguette-cut moissanites were chosen for their controlled, architectural reflections: a more linear, orderly, and contemporary light, far from the more classical aesthetic of traditional stones.
Compact Proportions
Arsenale 37 echoes the collection's architecture in a more compact size. The 37 mm case is designed to fit a wider range of wrists, maintaining the model's balance and distinctive lines. The integrated bracelet follows the continuity of the case, creating a harmonious silhouette that combines elegance and versatility.
