How to Recognize Our Official Website and Social Media Channels
Over the past few months, fraudulent websites imitating the look of Venezianico have appeared online, aiming to deceive visitors and steal personal or payment data. These clone sites can look very similar to the original at first glance, but they almost always show a few distinctive signs that make them easy to spot.
We've put together this guide to help you shop safely and quickly tell our official channels apart from any imitations.
Check the Website Before You Buy: 5 Quick Checks
1. Check the domain
The only official Venezianico website is www.venezianico.com (with a secure HTTPS connection, indicated by the padlock icon in the address bar, and its regional versions us.venezianico.com, it.venezianico.com, help.venezianico.com).
Fraudulent sites often use domains that look very similar, with extra letters, hyphens, different extensions (.shop, .online, .store, .ru, .top), or small variations that are easy to miss at a glance. Before entering any personal information, always check the full address in your browser's address bar carefully.
2. Be wary of prices that seem too good to be true
Venezianico never runs promotions with discounts far beyond what's offered through our official channels. If you find a site selling our watches at exceptionally steep discounts, well above what's normally offered on our store or by authorized retailers, that's a strong warning sign.
3. Check the footer and company details
At the bottom of our official website, you'll always find the company's legal and tax information. If the footer of a site selling Venezianico products is incomplete, generic, or shows different information than this, don't trust it:

4. Watch for errors and overall site quality
A site built quickly to scam people often shows signs of poor craftsmanship: grammar mistakes or inaccurate translations, low-quality or pixelated images (often simply downloaded from our website or social media), layouts with overlapping text and images, or links leading to blank or broken pages. If you notice any of this, you're most likely not on the right site.
5. Check payment methods and the return policy
On our official website, you can pay using secure, traceable payment methods. Be wary of sites that ask for direct bank transfers to personal accounts or other unverifiable payment methods. Also check the return policy: Venezianico allows returns within 14 days of purchase; if a site's return terms are unclear, contradictory, or missing altogether, that's another red flag for fraud.

Check the numbers
A profile with few followers, few posts, or one that was created recently but is advertising major discounts is almost always fake. Be wary of unusually large discounts promoted on social media too, for the same reasons outlined in point 2 above.
